I paid them 7.50 for delivery back to me, they returned back and now they are charging another 5 EUR and i fear this will go on. An excuse was used and now i am being charge 7.50 + 5 eur and it's operating like a scam. As a seller: God hep you! I was told an item on July 12th and still have not seen a penny or the 600 GBP Bag. For 6 weeks they would hold on to your money just to say you would not get it. Say if you bought the item on June 12th, the Rebelle would keep it until July, 24th to decide if it's suitable or not.
The biggest mistake i made during lock down! As a buyer: you don't get a choice to decide whether you like the item or you want to keep it and they'll get hold to your money for 6 weeks for you to receive nothing. Overall I would advice people against selling using this site. Rebelle changed this term during the contract removing this option. Though I understand Brexit has caused issues in continuing the contract which is not Rebelles fault, when I started using the service I was told my items could be returned to me free of charge.

I was also apparently meant to understand how to pay a bill by reading instructions in German and am now being penalised for not being able to understand this. For example my two piece suit was repeatedly advertised as a 'costume' in English despite this being pointed out as incorrect and hard to search for. The communication seems to happen half in German/half in English causing confusion for which the seller is then penalised. Sellers should go into this with their eyes open. Selling my items Rebelle has made 111 euros, taking costs into account I have made 18, 20 euros. This is a very unfavorable service for sellers. I would steer clear from ever ordering from Rebelle again!!! I would have expected a refund upon return of the item.
It does not help me at all that you offer to resell it. I purchase clothing from many different sites and have never encountered this with any other site except Rebelle. When the top arrived it is 38cm width and 49cm long.how is that possible that I am provided with FALSE information from both the seller AND the Rebelle offices. I was still slightly concerned about the sizing and I emailed the Rebelle offices who confirmed (lady by the name of Yvonne) the length is 60cm. the worst customer experience I’ve had with any company. rebelle also immediately send the threat that if I don’t pay it’ll go to a incasso bureau. They always ask the seller to agree upon a sell. I’ve sold it about 8 months ago via vestiaire. Now I’ve got an email saying I’ve sold something. Rebelle then sends you to an error page 404. I’ve also had countless times where I tried to find a page to delete my profile. I myself can’t even find it in my profile. About 12 months ago I’ve uploaded an item. I have the exact same problem as many sellers before me.
